Hello all ,

we have set up and SRG50 Release 1.0 , and when the IP Phone is registered at the main office and a call comes in via the SRG50 PSTN and then terminates on the IP Phone , it shows the CLID from the caller and also the Redirection Reason (MCDN) in our setup "CFW".

Is this normal in an SRG configuration ?

Because the SRG uses the CFW all calls to redirect incoming calls to the Main Office , from the technical point of view this would be correct , but this is for the user confusing.

Has somebody seen this also on other installed sites or how can i solve this ?

The Main Office is an CS1000 Release 4.5 and the SRG50 1.0 is fully patched.

Go into the PBX and turn off redirect reason in ld 95 and see if it goes away.

Hi jamming1 ,

this is not possible , because if we turn it off , then it does not work for the hole Main Office !

cheers
