Im having trouble with 2 analogue set on an srg 50 rls1, i cant get them to dial a 4 digit ext number on the cs1k without having to put the trunk access code first i.e 8xxxx i just want them to dial ext xxxx.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Regards
CX

Make sure you've got destination codes for the 4 digit extensions on the CS1000 defined in the SRG pointed to the IP trunk pool. Also, the main office extension ranges need to be provisioned in the NRS.

Ok, but what do i need to configure on the srg? all the ip phones are Fwd all calls but if i do the same to the analogue ext the call just drops.

Ahh sorry biv, i didn't read your post correctly, i just have to setup des codes for the ext range...cheers.
