I have a srg50 3.0 that has 4 analogue trunks. If you call any of those lines it goes right out over the voip lines to the cs1000where you get the VM. If you zero out it goes back the operator at the srg50 but when she xfers to an ext in the office it rings the 4 times and you get dead air instead of a m-box.In every other instance it works correctly . Only when it's the analog trunks on the srg it will not forward to vm. Any thoughts would be helpful.
Thanks

The lines are forwarded to the PBX, when they select the option for an operator it goes back to the local recept and when she transfers to a local extension using now the four digit ext number it rings four timesand gets dead air. By observing with the BCM monitor i see both the potts line and voip line still engaged but nothing happens. Every other scenario works correctly.
Thanks for your time
