When this SRG50 was originally installed, we had a lot of problems with echo on rls 1.0. We got it tweaked so that when there was an echo, it was limited to <5 seconds. That was as good as Nortel would admit that it would get with IP phones using analog trunks.
After the upgrade to rls 2.0, the echo is back and now it is not limited to <5 seconds.
Does anyone have any good ideas regarding IP phones and analog trunks. I went through the "managing echo on the BCM50" doc with no change.
