SRG50 1.0 and 1120 & 1140 sets

Are these sets supported? Getting conflicting info. Told no but there use to be patches to allow it. Other docs make reference to a certain f/w level to allow it.

Who's right?

Officially, not supported, but they will work as long as the main office has the appropriate firmware for the phones loaded. You may need to get the sets redirected to the main office then run the umsUpgradeAll command on the signalling server to get the newest firmware pushed out to the sets. That's assuming your main office is on 4.5 or later. If it's on 4.0, you'll need to configure a TFTP server to push the firmware to the sets.
