I have a SRG and Succession networked. SRG has its own pri with DID service for the sets at the SRG location. All IP sets register to the Succession in normal mode. DID calls in on the SRG PRI are returning fast bz to caller. Switch to local mode and calls are ok. Docs are not indicating that the PRI on the SRG will support DID, but references are made that would make you think it can be done. Any takers on this one?
Thanks

It is supported, and it does work. First of all make sure that all of your Remote Packages are set up per the SRG documentation, then make sure that you assigne each station with the appopriate Remote Packages capabilities (again, per the SRG documentation.
After that, make sure that your IP trunks are assigned to a valid line pool (e.g. line pool B). Assign an access code to that line pool (e.g. 77).
Then go to the SRG service and make sure that the Line Pool Access Code is populated with the appropriate access code for the line pool that the IP trunks belong to.
Then go to the each i2004 set's DN in the SRG Unified Manager and set Call Forward All to "IP Trunk Access Code" + DN (Example: 772221).
This will route the incoming DID digits over to the NRS and the SRG magic will kick in and route your back to the i2004 set in Normal Mode.
On another subject, make sure that you review 911 dialing to ensure that you have the proper address being sent to the PSAP when the Normal Mode i2004 SRG sets dial emergency services.
