is SRG supported on BCM50-e or -a?
if so, why does BCM50-e throw ICMP-unreachable when voip clients' port is set to 7300??

It is supported on the E or A.

Try registering your phones to port 7000 - if that works, then you need to do a level 2 reset, load the SRG software, then apply the SRG keycode. It's backwards from the way you turn a BCM 200/400 into an SRG.

thanks biv343,

port-7000 is ok, i always had phone registered properly with 7000.

is level2 reset the same as telephony service-reset?
my feature licenses have already shown SRG ACTIVE (SRG, SRVBL IP Client are the only ones that are active, the rest is IDLE... is this normal?).

i've already got the bcm registered to NRS..

my only problem is phone clients always got ICMP unreachables if port=7300.

Level 2 reset procedures are in the BCM 50 install/maintenance guide. It involves some precise timing, watching the LEDs and a device to poke with of your choice (paper clip, etc).

What you're seeing in the licensing section is normal.
