I have a BCM 200 relase 4.o with srg 1.5 installed,

i have set the srg parameters correctly and alos the ip phones have the correct seetings, when the phones are up they show local mode
i have entered the correct MOTN and BUID for every ip phone
when i try to redirect the phoes the give an error saying gatekeeper endpoint database doesnot exist, the mo tps is at 0.0.0.0
in the nrs there is an endpoint pointing to the dn
i have tried all solutions from nortel knowledge base but no success,
what is the issue kinly assist me

thanks

yes the BCM is registered to the gatekeeper,

If you print out the TNB of the phone in the main office what model phone is programmed for that TN? does that model phone match the phone you are registering?
can you copy and paste your srg settings along with the IP terminal settings (S1 address and port#)

When the sets redirect to the Main Office there is an admission process that takes place on the NRS/Gatekeeper.
Make sure your Main Office is an NCS in the Gatekeeper.
On the SRG Main Office parameters name, make sure the H323 name matches the endpoint name in the Gatekeeper. I spent hours on this very problem once to find that an O was acutally a 0 (zero). The sets use the H323 name as part of the admission process.
