Hi i have a BCM SRG connected with CS1000 rls 4.5. I am having issue with this BCM SRG, all IP phone displays Server unreachable message after every 2 or 3 hours, even they wont register locally with BCM and i have to reset SRG (BCM), all IP phone then comes UP but after 2 or 3 hours again server unreachable message appears and all phone stops working. The ping between BCM and CS1000 is OK , i also check pinging when i get server unreachable message on IP phone and it is OK. the final resolution is to reset BCM. These phone/SRG was working OK from last 2 years but i got this issue now, we didnt changed anything at CS1000 or BCM or Data site and still got this problem. Any help in this??
