I am hoping that someone can aswer my issue for me. I am sure it is something simple that I am missing but nonetheless...
First question.
I have an Option 11 setup with VoIP sets (i2002, I1120)
I am able to set up the phones just like any other set but when I change the Extension at a later date it still shows up with the old extension as the user: at first set up we labeled them with the user number that matched the extension number. How can I change this?
Secondly.
Having stated the above, how do I alter the config in the SRG without screwing it all up? or will the information from the option 11 eventually propagate to the SRG?
