Hi,

Anyone are using Cybertech call recording with SRG 50 ?
We are using VTRK SIP to the CS1000 6.0 at main office

We are able to record:
phone-to-phone
Main Office to Phone

But not any calls when call are from
SRG Analog Lines

The system does start because it seem to don't understand signaling. I'm capturing on 5000-5100 for signaling

Anyone know customer or provider how can handle that problem ?

Depending on where the calls are originating you should be able to record calls (RTP I assume).

But when a call is entering the network on the SRG Trunks the RTP doesn't go to the main site. It stays in the SRG. VoIP trunks are only administrative busy. No actual voice is going over/through them.

If you call from the main site to the SRG phone you should get RTP "over" the trunks.
