SRG acting strange or is it the network?

I have a SRG working of a cs1000. The srg50 is 3.0 patched as od 12/08.The carrier was donig some work on the network and it went into local mode. There is 2 other srgs of the same cs1000. they came back but not the one in NY. It's half back , some sets in local mode, some connected to the cs1000 but with one way talk path. They all seem to be going in and out the locals connecting and then dropping back to local. Anyone ever experience this joy ride? Do you think it is the network cuasing this?

Try a reboot then go from there. I have seen acouple phones not come back after loosing connection but not in and out it very well could be the circuit since it was working before.
