I have an srg that has phones redirected to a cse 1000m 4.0. What is the setup procedure for 911 to go out the srg when in normal mode. Today the cse 1000m is you spn for 911. So what are my options to set it up correctly.

Thanks!!

You need to setup the zone dial plan in the cs1000 to insert digits so that a different SPN is used when an SRG user dials 911. If you are using ESA in ld 24 you can do this only for 911 calls. If not, the digits will be inserted on all calls and duplicate NARS/BARS entries will need to be created for everything at the CS1000. This procedure is more a funstion of the PBX and not the SRG. The new entries will include the zone prefix and point to the virtual trunks for resolution at NRS and delivery to the SRG for PSTN access. It isn't fun.....

Good Luck
Rob
