I have an srg 1.5 and a cs1000 4.0. My 911 routing for outbound is no problem. If the operator were to callback I have line 91 the 911 trunk redirected to 1234. 1234 is then a dest code in the srg to go across the h323 trunks to the cs 1000 and ring an mcr key of 1234 on phones in normal mode. My problem is if the srg goes into local mode and 911 is dialed and the operator calls back I have that line programmed to ring and appear on some phones. But since it is setup to redirect it still tries to send it out over the voip. Any soulutions?

Thanks!!

If it's hard redirected (meaning you have the redirect to: field populated under the line), then it will always try to redirect when in local mode. You would need to configure that on a set (maybe an i2050?) so when the WAN is down the line would still ring locally.

I figured it out. When the srg is in normal mode and the line is not redirected it looks at the srg ip terminal status tab. It takes the lowest number buid and forwards that line to that phone. I have a dest code set up i.e. 5760. Which then I absorb all and outpulse on the route 5770 which is an mcr key on multiple phones for it to ring in on. I thought redirect was the solution but I could not use that in local mode. This solution works in normal mode and when I drop to local I have that line ringing on all those phones.
