Any help will be great appreciated.

System: SRG 50 redirect to CS1000E 5.0

We need to replace an IP 2002 set at SRG 50. So I de-registered the old one, and plugged in a new set. After I entered the ID, password and DN, the new phone stayed at "Local Mode".

From "Telephony" - "Sets" - "All DNs" - "Capabilities and Preferences", I can't find "S1000 IP Terminal Details". So I can't input BUID and MOTN.

Hours have been spent to verify the profile with a working one. But nothing found.

Could anyone please point me to the right direction?

Thank you very much.

You can find the location to enter the MOTN and BUID under telephony resources/survivable remote gateway.

Thanks biv343.

I forgot to mention that the desired DN is not there. So I have no way to input this info.

Restarting SRG service resolved the problem.

Also, there is a patch for this SRG service hung problem.
