Have a SRG set up with analog lines that are programed on to the sets ring only and call fwd all calls set to the VOIP access code and ext # ie..62221 6 dest code 2221 set.
It all works. When you put the sets in local the lines ring to the sets and the fwd all calls blanks out ,when they redirect back to normal mode the FWD all calls changes just to the 2221 it looses the destination code 6.Whats up with that?

The forward all calls is based off the BUID/MOTN programming in the SRG parameters. If your BUID is 2221, then the 'forward all calls' option will be set to 2221.

Easiest way around it is to make have your local mode extensions in a different range, such as 32, then build a destination code of 22 pointing to the IP trunks.

OK I understand. I just had a thought that in the SRG parameters there is a access code field if I program that will the FWD all calls insert that when it switches back between the local and normal.

When in normal mode the voip access code gets inserted in front of your SRG DN when u view the DN table showing fwd all calls to. When the SRG sets revert to local mode the SRG drops the voip access code.

Is that what u were asking?
