sr_cpath.bat file configuration

When I try to create SQL Stored Procedure on Stored Procedure Builder a message shows up: "'nmake' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
I opened sr_cpath.bat file to edit and I changed path to E:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 and I couldn't create Stored Procedure.
How can I configure this file to create SQL Stored Procedure?
Thanks in advance.
IBM DB2 7.2 (Windows 2000).
