SR2330 and Remote VPN access configuration ?

Hi

we have try to install new SR2330 VPN gateway, we have configure new remote vpn client through CLI config:
"contivity-iras" type by following the VPN documentation.

Then we have tried to connect through VPN contivity client software installed on the PC to that SR2330 but the connection can't be established...!

Please can anyone help us if he has already configure this ?
