I am having a big problem with the sr1a update. I have to roll out an update to a number of sites around the globe. I have tested the update on a few machines, but i keep getting errors, such as error code 2349, 1703 etc. When you try using the update you are asked for the original office disk, if that disk is wrong you get the above error messages. Unfortunately I have no way knowing which machine was installed with which version of office, is there anyway of finding out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
