How do I get a SR1001 back to factory defaults. IT seems to be in a loop on boot.

i cant get to any prompts other than the boot prompt.

It sounds like you have a corrupted boot image. You have to recover. The process sucks. There is a document out there on it.

I would type out how to do it, but its too long and too many little things to watch for. Find the recovery document or call support. Sorry.
