SR 1004 Ethernet Port 1 - up, running, multicast - HOW TO

I have a SR1004 router, I am trying to get information on what the command line is to turn ethernet port 1 up for our VTC.

Ethernet 0 is up and working, been searching for how to activate ethernet 1 for the VTC. I have been looking hi and low.

I did a shutdown and no shut but that is the administrative shut down and on. FYI...
