I will re-post in the Web Admin portion, but since this is directly related to SQL reporting Services I was hoping you guys have some insight.
I am running a Windows 2003 \ SQL 2005 server with Reporitng Services on it. It displays the SQL Reporitng Server's report via an internal web address.
Currently my server will not allow me to Start the Default Web Site and all of course my url will not work. All reports are unavailable. I get an error when trying to start the default Web Site that states: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. I have restarted the server, and the default site still isn't starting.
