squirrel card help

I BOUGHT 3000 SQUIRREL CARDS ( NEW) OFF EBAY.
THEY HAVE NO HOLES PUNCHED IN THEM. I'VE BEEN ABLE TO DUPLICATE EXISTING CARDS, BY DRILLING HOLE,...BUT, HOW DOES THE NUMBERING SYSTEM ETC WORK ON THE CARDS??
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE MY OWN NEW CARDS.

As far as I know, the only way to code/punch the cards is to use the machine at the Squirrel HQ in Vancouver, BC.

These cards cannot be duplicated, or at least the process would be extemeley difficult, if not impossible -- that's what makes them so secure.

The only machine that makes them is at Squirrel head office.
