Squirrel 8xl terminal

Hey all ,

I have squirrel 8xl workstation that powers up shows the bios screen. After the the cos / bios check it looks like it booting but getting nothing on the screen after that. I also tried another know good terminal and does the same thing.

So I never work on this type of system it does have a network cable and two printer cables. Any suggestions would be great. P.S I have tested the network cable and I do get an ip and have pings google.
