I am using a squid 2.3 server running on redhat.
One day, it suddently was shutdowned.
After restarting the server, the response time are very slow. It take very long time to load a web page to a client pc.
And i found that the harddisk reading/writing all the time.
I have check the cache logs show that there is a Building Storage /home/squid/cache (Dirty) message.
Does the building action will be finished at a time?
How can i check the building status?
Can i delete the content in cache in order to rebuild a new one?
