Squid Forwarding Query

Hello,

I'm trying to setup squid on a linux server to act as a proxy server for our network. This proxy server is to forward all requests (which we allow) to another proxy server, and in turn on to the internet.

I was wondering what I need to be looking for, I've gone through all the settings I can think of in squid.conf but can't seem to figure it out.
