Squid doing werid things... or not

I have a squid server loaded on my CENTOS 4.X server. It loaded find and is running... The weird thing is when I use it on my clients PCs, everything is blocked.... and I do not get the ERR_MESSAGE html pages...

What could be wrong in what I'm doing?
