SQLFORMS 3.0 not working core dump error!!!

Hi,
I had an oracle 7.1.6 running on SCO Unix Open server release 5.0 .I have experienced a crash.Now i have reinstalled oracle but now the problem is though i have installed forms 3.0 but i am unable to link it .Problem seems to be with forms executable SQLFORMS.MK because after installation when i try to run sqlforms it gives me Core Dump error. Can anybody tell me how to link sqlforms executables. Problem seems to be with SQLFORMS.MK please reply immed.
