SQLBase to SQL via DTS

I am attempting to use a MSSQL DTS to migrate data to SQL for a datamart. When I execute the job from within the SQL DTS Designer all is well but when I try to schedule the job I get this:

Error string: [Gupta][ODBC DRIVER][SQLBASE]00401 DBA COD CANNOT OPEN DATABASE ERROR SOURCE: MICROSOFT OLE DB PROVIDER FOR ODBC DRIVERS
