I am running SQL2K on a Windows Server 2003 box. After our old server dying and bringing this box online, I have everything back up except for SQL Mail. I have installed Office 2003 and configured Outlook to use the account setup for the SQL Server. But no love.
MSSQLServer starts under the domain admin account, I logged in as the domain admin when I installed Office and configured Outlook. I confirmed what account MSSQLServer runs under. When I go to SQL Mail Properties it brings up the dialog box SQL Mail Configuration - (local). Under Profile name I entered the Exchange account name (SQLServer) and it doesn't work. It says
I have run and configured Outlook, what am I missing (aside from sleep last night)?
Thanks,
Willie
