Hi i could use a bit help in setting up below described
scenario.
Scenario:
I want to create a database which the sales personal can
access when they are logged on the network but also when
they are out in the field.
When one from sale return to the office he log on the
network and the sql2k should replikate his local database
with the master database on the network, uploading the
information he typed out at the customoer and download the
info other from sale has uploaded. A syncronising.
Idea:
My idea was to install a SQL2k Standard server on the
server and perhaps SQL2k personal edit. on the clients and
then use the merge function under replication.
but i have some troubles with it i cant get it to work,
could use help setting it up or a link to some guide of
some sort.
