Restore Terminated.

and again When I restore redirect db
SQL2025N An I/O error "-14" occurred on media "TSM".

Do you know this error reason?

From a quick Google, this appears to be a Tivoli Service Manager error. You should have a TSM Server that may provide you with more diagnostic info in the log.

will give you a number of books on TSM, including error messages, but I must admit I couldn't see a -40.

will give the the error return codes from API calls, but it infuriatingly has not got a -40 - it's got a load of minus messages, but not that one.

I'd probably have a word with whoever administers your Tivoli Service Manager and ask them if there is a known problem with it (like someone switched it off!).

Hope this helps.
