I installed SQL2005 on a 64bits Dell server and apllied SP1 but the SSIS service did not install and does not even appear on the services lists. Although the BI dev studio is installed and I can Create packages but when I go to the management studio to connect to an SSIS server I get the error message
"Faliled to retrieve data for this request
Connect to SSIS Service on machine "Localhost" failed
The specified service does not exist as an installed service."
Even after running the setup again it does not change anything.
Does anyone knows what the problem is?
Regards

Did you specifically tell the SQL 2005 installed to install SSIS?
