SQL2005 - Database Tuning advisor error

Opening SQL 2005 Database tuning advisor, This error comes up:R6031- Attempt to initialize the CRT more than once. This indicates a bug in your application.

Microsoft KB article 913395 gives these instructions
2. Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
3. In the right pane, right-click the registry entry for the Explorer.exe process, and then click Delete.

There is no key under current user. There is one under local machine which I delete, reboot and the key is still there. Is anyone else having this problem?

You should submit that to the Microsoft team via

http://connect.microsoft.com

and have them look at it.
