SQL0444N Reason Code 4 on Solaris

I am getting a SQL0444N Reason code 4 error when running my UDF on Sun Solaris. The reason code says it can't find the shared lib, but it is there. Anyone have some tips on what I am missing or doing wrong? HELP!!
