This is probably a really simple question:
I know a command like
EDICP.OWNER_TABLE_NAME(+) = BRANCHPARTY.PARTY_ID
is joining 2 tables with an outer join,
but what does
EDICP.OWNER_TABLE_NAME(+) = "HZ_PARTIES"
do?
