SQL View or Access Query

I made a complicated report in Crystal that has 2 subreports, but it takes a very long time to load. The report is based off of 3 MS Access querys that have about 5 different tables in each query. Would it be very benifictial to make a view in SQL and build the report off of those views instead of access?
