SQL view of the Crosstab

I used the Crosstab wizard but I want to view the SQL version of the crosstab because I want to make a slight change to it.




Current Crosstab:


Sony Hitachi Panasonic
Owner
Riley x x x
Smith x
Thies x


I want to add two more columns

Desired Crosstab:
TVs Manufacturer
Sony Hitachi Panasonic
Owner State Location Sold
Riley NY NJ x x x
Smith CT CT x
Thies NJ NJ x

Create formula like
{owner}+' '+{state}+' '+{location_sold}
and put it to crosstab rows instead of the owner field.
If the approach generally works for you, you may need to modify the formula to have states and locations printed in a tabular form one beneath another.
