Sql Table for BOM

I am using ES and need to find the sql table for reference designators in the BOM module. In this table is imrefdes_note which is a 60 character string, however this only lists the first line. I need to find all the lines.

The table is IMREFDES_SQL and the field is imrefdes_note. They are all in the same table, with different imrefdes_count values.
