Hi,

I just switched from Access97 to Access2002 and I can NOT find any information about the allowed syntax (It was available in Access97 where you expect it: in the Help-files). Because i work most of the time with other databases this info is really important for me.
Access supports the ANSI/SQL92 spec? But where can i find the diff's? Because many SQL92 statement constructs do not work!

I don't have Access 2002 but Access 2000 suffers from the same HELP deficiencies. In 2000 Help, I can open the Contents tab, open the Microsoft Jet SQL Reference | Overview and find a page titled "Comparison of Microsoft Jet SQL and ANSI SQL." It may be the same in Access 2002. Terry L. Broadbent
