Hi,

I am using Access 97 to create a simple shipping database. I have a macro with a RunSQL command with the following statement.

INSERT INTO [tblShipping][Part Number] VALUES ('ABC123')

I am receiving a syntax error when this is run. Any ideas. I am new to SQL, so any help would be appreciated.

Tom F.

Sorry about the double post.

Tom F.

Tom it looks like you are just entering one value if this is what you want then that is fine do it this way
INSERT INTO tblShipping.Part Number VALUES ('ABC123')
Maybe that would help, I just learned SQL and that was the way we were taught!

Nina
