hello all,

i have a database in ms-sql which i am migrating to postgresql. The Data has migrated sucessfully using pgAdmin. But we have some stored procedures which need to be converted into functions for use with postgreSQL.
I've done some basic reading about pl/pgsql, and i'm pretty sure that i want to use pl/pgsql for writing these functions.

As there is no direct utility to convert sql procedures, and i dont know stored procedures of ms-sql myself (these procedures were coded by someone else about a year back), I dont know how to convert/recode them to pl/pgsql.

I have about 9-10 such procedures, a total of about 20 pages.

If any1 here has the spare time and is willing to help me, please contact me back on bandra_boy22@yahoo.com . I am open to the idea of commercial re-coding.

thanx and regards,
SanjayZ
