SQL Statment Help

I am writing a search statment as follows

Select * SD9 where "Test Start Date"='T1'

T1 is a text Box that sits on another Web Page, how do i point the statment to this Text Box on another http page ???

I want people to enter the date they wish to search

I think you ask in the wrong forum. Your question is more related to your frontend language than the SQL Server. So ask there.
