Does anyone know if there is a standard for SQL? I'm looking for something like ANSI's standards. I don't know if ANSI came out with standards for SQL, but if so, could someone point me in the right direction?

I appreciate any and all help in this matter. Thanks in advance! ~[ cid ]~

Hey,
I am totally new to Sybase sql server. I need to pull some information and I know the database objects and system tables I would access for this info in Oracle but if i need that information for Sybase sql server, I am not sure what commands I need to use.

Follwoing is the information i need:

1. Group defined for database users and the members of this group
2. List of database application files with the group permissions
3. List of usernames, passwords and profiles for the database users
4. List of database system tables privileges granted to users and roles
5. List of database roles granted to users and other roles
6. List of database object privileges
7. List of column specific privileges

Any help is appreciated!
