Does anyone know if there is a standard for SQL? I'm looking for something like ANSI's standards. I don't know if ANSI came out with standards for SQL, but if so, could someone point me in the right direction?

I appreciate any and all help in this matter. Thanks in advance! ~[ cid ]~

I think SQL92 is what your looking for. I think it is an ANSI standard and generally the one I see quoted in a sort of 'Postgresql conforms to SQL92...' kind of way.

Why do you need it ?

Steve

You can get the original documentation to ANSI SQL92, if you go to (but they will charge for it). You will probably be able to find it for free somewhere on the web.
