SQL service packs & Crystal Reports

Hi,



I have Crystal Reports Server XI installed on a Win2k3 box. when I installed C Reports it installed SQL, the SQL service pack installed is SP3.

I need to get this up to SQL SP4 for security reasons, I have tried installing C Reports SP4 but that does not upgrade the SQL install.

I went to install SQL2000.MSDE-SP4 and got the following error "The instance name specified is invalid"

I went to install SQL2000 SP4 and got the following error "SQLServer 2000 is not installed on this machine"

Can anyone help me with this issue ?
