SQL Service Manager

Dear Sir,
I have problem about Service Manager. My SQL Server is running normally. All service started. I can access database as well but when I open service manager, it has error message "The system cannot find the files specified" and status is not connect. What's happened on my system? How can I fix it? Please advice me.
