SQL ServerAgent Failed message, but script has finished..

Hi,

I have a message in eventvwr:

>Step 1 of job 'CZ_SB_CORP_TRSFR_3'
>(0xC5171A143F60D611BA1E0002A5C8A19E) has caused an >exception in the TSQL subsystem and has been terminated.

I don't know why this message poped up, because this script that running automaticly every night with done with success.
Moreover the log file of this script is not closed when the script is done, but If I run it manually then this ran down properly without any problem or message...

Do you have any idea to investigate it?
