SQL server Vs. Oracle

Hello,

I ususlly use the SQl Srever and we try to remove SQL server to Oracle recently. The following are my question:

What are the different between PL/SQL and T-SQL?
There is the store procude in Oracle and SQL server, but why you need to use the PL/SQL?
