SQL Server Timeouts, Network issues?

I have been having a ton of problems today. On reports that run daily, I am getting loads of timeouts. I have never had this problem (the reports have ran fine since being created, over 4 months ago).

My table sizes have increased only slightly in size (from 2.4 million records 4 months ago to 2.5 million records now). The network adapters, Stored procs, views, functions I use have not changed in this time frame. It seems to point to a Switch, local sys issue. However, the Stored procs ran on the actual server are just as slow. Any thoughts?

Have you check for SQLSlammer infection ?

Yes, I search the server for the 3 exe files. I found nothing. The server is on a local LAN. The sa has a password. Any other thoughts?
